Let the Story of Jesus Shine in the Darkness

2-books-alt-1

One of our mission leaders in India recently shared a video with us of Dalit children being beaten in public for drinking water from a well belonging to a higher caste. You can see the video below, but because it is so heartbreaking, you may want to skip it. From birth, Dalits are rejected by their communities, and need the comfort and hope of Jesus.

Join us in bringing The Real Story of Jesus to the Dalit children through our illustrated storybook and coloring book. It may be the only gift these children ever receive. We recently completed the Hindi translation of The Real Story of Jesus, an iBIBLE special episode which reveals the story of Jesus from creation to His second coming.

Our partners in ministry, who work on the frontlines in India, have raised this great ministry need with us. The Dalit children in India are in desperate need of the true story of Jesus—the powerful message that they are loved by God.

Our India field leader wrote to us, saying:

“These children have nothing. They are at the bottom of the bottom. If you can gift the Dalit children with a printed book telling the story of Jesus, they will treasure it forever as this could be their only gift in their whole life.”

Your support will help us print and distribute the illustrated storybooks throughout India to those who need to hear this message. Help us bless these children with an illustrated copy of The Real Story of Jesus, along with coloring books printed in their heart language, Hindi.

We cannot expect to live our lives without suffering, but we can do everything in our power to bring hope to those who are in the midst of suffering. Prayerfully consider what God would have you give to bring The Real Story of Jesus in Hindi to Dalit children in India.

“Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.”
—MATTHEW 25:40 (ESV)

VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED. In this video, you can see Dalit children being beaten viciously in public for drinking water belonging to a higher caste. From birth, they are rejected and abused. They need to know there is a God who sees and loves them.
