iBIBLE FAQ’s
HOW DOES iBIBLE REACH THE MOST REMOTE PLACES ON EARTH WHEN PEOPLE MAY NOT HAVE ACCESS TO WiFi OR PHONES?
Smart (or feature) phones are common even in the most remote areas of the world. Where WiFi is spotty or non-existent, MicroSD cards help us reach people with iBIBLE content. Many of these phones are fitted with a MicroSD card slot. iBIBLE is loaded onto MicroSD cards and given to missionaries in the language in which they minister. Then, these MicroSD cards can be inserted into phones and iBIBLE can be downloaded, copied, and/or shared this way. MicroSD cards are so small that they are easily brought into closed countries, easily shared, and easily used by people around the world.
In many remote areas where phones are not accessible, there are numerous options for accessing iBIBLE content. There are either Vista Projection Systems (also referred to as Jesus Film Backpacks) and/or Lightstream WiFi Hot Spots. (Both are provided by Renew Outreach https://renewoutreach.org ) iBIBLE content is freely offered on each of these.
In addition to these options, RevelationMedia has recently developed a solar powered tablet with 512GB of storage space to accommodate up to 100 hours of content. RevelationMedia is also developing a robust, solar powered portable projection system that is self-contained in a Pelican travel case. These will be deployed among our partners in remote areas of the world.
HOW IS iBIBLE IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BIBLE PROJECTS?
iBIBLE will be the world’s first visual and interactive presentation of the entire Biblical Narrative, from creation to the second coming of Christ.
While iBIBLE contains stunning animation and professionally recorded dramatic audio, what makes iBIBLE different is its scripts. iBIBLE scripts are compiled entirely from major Bible versions including King James Version (KJV), American Standard Version (ASV), Complete Jewish Version (CJV), and other respected Bible translations.
The scripts are painstakingly written and meticulously reviewed by a team of professionals including pastors, ministry leaders, lay workers, and theologians. Final scripts are delivered to SIL for “Translation Consultant Review,” and are authenticated as a legitimate translation of the Biblical Narrative.
All Biblical events contained within iBIBLE are organized in chronological order and presented as a single cohesive story.
HOW LONG IS iBIBLE?
When completed, iBIBLE is estimated to include over 30 hours of high-quality animation and will reference an estimated 20,000 Bible verses that reveal the Grand Narrative of Scripture.
HOW MUCH DOES iBIBLE COST?
iBIBLE is free to watch, license, translate, and distribute, making the story of Scripture available to America and the global missions community for FREE.
